I know Lauren and Zach are aware that their’s is the next sneak peek on my to-do list. I also know, that they know, that I’ve started editing their images. Here’s the thing, having the kids home this summer is turning out to be more of a challenge with my work than I remembered it to be. So, it’s taking me just a smidge longer than normal to get through my editing. To tide them over, I thought I’d share this little preview tonight.
Let me start by saying that I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing brides. I can honestly say that I’ve never had to deal with a Bridezilla. Lauren was no exception. She was absolutely wonderful and working with her and Zach was an absolute dream. Honestly!
Here’s the thing, Zach and his friends had seen the picture floating around the internet of a bridal party running from a T-Rex. (If you haven’t seen it, google it. It’s hilarious.) So when I was with Zach and his guys he requested that I do a shot like that one. As an artist, I didn’t want to completely copy someone else’s idea. So I put a new twist on it. I suggested that we do a Bridezilla shot, or perhaps we should call this “Attack of the 50 Foot Bride”. At any rate, we did it. Lauren had no idea why we were asking her to pose like this but she was such a good sport. And in the end, I came up with these two fun shots.
