Here they are, one of my favorite families. (Well, I don’t really know Nathan’s family but they seem pretty cool.) I shot the wedding of Sarah’s sister Ashley just a couple years ago. Then earlier this spring I shot her brother’s senior pictures. I may or may not have told him that when he got married, if his bride didn’t already know me then he’d better give her my name right away. I may be just a wee bit attached to this family.

Sarah was reluctant to do a first sight but I think she was pretty thrilled with it. Also, it’s hard to smooch through a door when you can’t see the other person.

The adorable flower girls carried a banner that read “here comes the bride”. So cute!
Sarah entered to the theme from Father of the Bride. I wasn’t prepared for that so when the music started and a big boom in the music happened just as the doors were opened and she came out I got pretty choked up. It was absolutely magical!
One of my very favorite things? When the couple takes communion and family and friends surround them in prayer. So cool.
