Oh, this guy. I remember the first time I really got to visit with Matthew. We were on a youth trip to Dallas and he was sitting just a couple rows behind me on the people mover. I told him my brother’s name was Matthew and guessed at his middle name. I was wrong, but CLOSE. Not gonna lie, I’ve got skills. (My brother is Matthew William and this guy is Matthew Liam.)
I’ve watched Matthew grow into such a neat young man. He is one of the most personable, kind, and respectful young men I’ve ever met. I mean, most of my clients are pretty exceptional. But you know kids these days tend to have a sense of entitlement. (I just used the phrase “kids these days”. Man, I’m old.) Matthew is anything but the stereotypical high school kid. I so appreciate that!
Matt, thank you SO much for telling your Mom that you wanted me to take your senior pictures. I had a great time with you and your parents that afternoon. I will be praying for you as you head off to Argentina and look forward to hearing all about your year as an exchange student when you return!
