When Matilda Jane contacted me to see about reviewing some pieces from their Paint By Numbers collection my first thought was, “WHY didn’t they ask me to do this when the girls were little bitty?!” I’m familiar with MJ, but we’ve never had any of it around here because by the time I heard about it the girls had an opinion about what they would wear and frills and flowers were NOT acceptable. Whatev.
So I started looking around their site and realized that they not only have big girl sizes but also Mom sizes! So I gave them our sizes and just a few days later it was like Christmas here!
I kind of want to buy Matilda Jane just so I can receive packages like this. Seriously.
Teagan was first up modeling these pieces for me. She says her favorite is the cardigan and she’s looking forward to cooler temps this fall so she can put it to use.
Next up was Sadie. These two have completely different tastes in clothing and style. It’s a shame, since they are basically the same size right now! As a dancer, anytime Sadie tries on clothing she twirls and spins and does a leg grab. If it passes that test, then it’s good. All MJC pieces here passed the test with flying colors!
